Bad experience. Review on Yebhi

I have had a bad experience with yebhi.com and will jot it down in a serial order.1. Customer Service-It was frustrating to make them know of the issue, it was like they didn't want to know.-Phone number couldn't be reached, so emailing them was the only option.2. Product quality-I had ordered a Sweater, it was on 60% discount. With the high original price tag, I thought it was a good deal and bought it. It was their in-house brand I think. When I opened the pack, I found a long hair in it. That was the 1st impression. Showed how the product had gone through quality checks. Someone must have returned it and they sent it to me without checking.-The size according to the website didn't match the product. Size S in the website was size L with the product.3. Delivery time-Delivery time was good since they used Bluedart Courier.4. App and Website-After returning the product, they gave me yebhi coins for my next purchase. I was ok with it. But then they changed their website, they claimed that their yebhi coins could be used in many other websites like Jabong, Shopnineteen, Myntra to name a few. I then thought it was convenient and so searched for a product that could be easily paid with the coins. To my surprise, the yebhi coins from my account got vanished with the new web page they made. I had lost my money. Tried contacting them, but to no avail. Tried for some more days and then I gave up thinking it would not come back. I still haven't received the yebhi coins back and I have stopped using their app or website.5. Reliability-Nil.
