They cheated me.I gave new requests under the return order number CRO165708 on 21-Jan-2012 and also a conversation happened with the Yebhi Customer Care over Facebook (https://facebook.com/Yebhi.Customer.Service/posts/476782412359525?comment_id=16

According to it they had promised me that the return pick up will be taking place within 24-48 hours and the same was emailed to me as proof of it. The pick up was scheduled again the next day.
Today on 26-Jan-2012, I see that the return request number CRO165708 is cancelled and to the same thread I made on Facebook, they have replied me to make new request.
If you cannot take up the request and do as promised why do you schedule the pick up?
This is not just harassment, you are deceiving customers giving wrong information and playing with our money, delaying the pickup.

Thanks for all your services, I am going to return it by myself but I require the refund of courier charge not to my gift voucher but to my wallet and be able get it credited to my account. I am not planning to shop from you again. If you aren't agreeing with this reasonable request, I will be forced to file a suit against the company at the customer court.
