Folks, Here goes the story. Placed an order on 27th October, CIT 2568912   & received the products on 31st October. Fantastic No ?. Great day- but...hey. I  received the  wrong product. & after calling them, ItTook  a few days for them to take it back, ie on 03 Nov 2012.  Now starts the fun. Yebhi is all so sorry for me, they understand, they feel what ? nothing. As they are still figuring out how SOLVE THEIR PROBLEM AND THEN to send the product back to me.


They want time from me, even today(13/11)  i spoke to their floor supervisor, he needs another 2 days to work it out. As their internal teams are working day and night (for whom ?) on my problem, to fix it and then send the correct product back to me.   Total time taken = 11 days, and NO SOLUTION. Its diwali today, and I wanted it to wear it today, Great day for Yebhi - to S..... Up a good occasion with lethargy and incompetence. Please dont use Yebhi services. They have no clue how to solve problems, or even understand IT.
