I traveled and booked many times in yatragenie
Ticket booking is simple and easy with yatragenie.com
Even buses are also good.

Bus maintenance is good even seats are well maintained
Bus timings are perfect as mentioned most of the times
GPS tracking is very helpful.
Negatives:
Staff should be polite which is missing sometimes.
Need to provide water bottle for people travelling in sleeper and Volvo buses.
