I tried booking a ticket from Pune to ahmedabad on 1/11/2016

Yatra reference no 311066336399

Amount was deducted from my account 6200 RS but tickets not booked

I tried calling customer care many a times they don't resolve they put my call on hold and no reply after waiting for 15-20 mins

Service is very bad, No customer support

Even after mailing them many times no reply
