DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE. This is not at all trustable. I booked 2 tickets from Ahmedabad to guwahati. They use to cut the amount from the bank and then they do not book the tickets. Thn all my money went to Ecash coz I wanted to book the flight on the same day itself. Now I had to book the flight at a higher price. Plus they took charges from me as well as tax. I dont know what kind of tax.
As of the service support is concerned, I tried to call them but no one picked up the phone. I had to pay 2000 more just because of yatra. Do not trust yatra
