I have never experience this kinda harassment. Its for the first time and the last time that I have via yatra.com, have always been travelling with government transport Volvo.
Value for money and the time. Yatra shows little discount and make you pay more than what you can buy luxury transport. Because of yatra.com's false promises I was forced to pay 50% of my ticket price to the autowala to chase the bus from one place to another. Really disgusting. Will never recommend anyone.
