I have booked metropolitan hotel today for 23rd may to. 26 th may. My reference id is 01031629345. In the booking Window it was showing free cancellation. But after booking when I go for cancellation then it was showing no amount to be refunded. I am shocked! What the Hell is this.such a renowned site have fake advertisement.i really disappointed .

We have checked the details at our end and findings are, the booking was done for non refundable booking. However, We have canceled and initiated full refund on 02 Mar as a gesture of care. Refund should have credited in your account. Hope this helps resolve your concern.
