Very pathetic post service, careful while booking with yatra. Had booked ticket with yatra for al flight, gone call to yatra to reschedule it and they redirected me to call al, knowing the ticket agent in yatra called al they redirected me back to yatra, this went for 3 times and took 2 hours long story cut short and I lost my ticket.
Raised complaint to al they suggested to talk to yatra and it is being more than one month I am awaiting reply to my email
