Once I made a booking on Yatra. After few months Suddenly a message comes from my bank that Rs.9328 has been charged on yatra.com . I called yatra.com support. They said they are going to cancel the ticket.
They refunded me Rs.3554 and kept rest of amount as cancellation charge.
Hilarious part." When I ask them about the booking Details, They said. "its confidential".
You are Cheating with my money and saying me ."its confidential".
If I booked the ticket, It should be on my name, I should be traveling.
They are Frauds.
Simply Don't Trust Them.
Book from some other Portal.
