I recently booked 2 tickets through Yatra to fly on emirates and they gave me a 10 hour layover connection in dubai and said you will get hotel accommodation in dubai but never delivered on their promise.
They blame emirates is not providing and emirates says yatra should have booked a better connection. either way I was stuck at dubai airport for more than 10 hours with no hotel accommodation or even their Marhaba lounge service.
