On Nov 2nd 2015 I Booked Ticket From Chennai To Singapore, They Charged Twice in terms of credit card as well as debit card. But my way of ticket purchase is by debit card. I don’t have credit card for my bank account. I Got Two E-Ticket Booking

Regarding These Issue, I Spoked With The Customer care From The Date Of Problem and I Even Mailed Too all the things which they have asked(Scan Copy Of bank statement for The Amount Taken)
Finally When I Spoked With The Customer Care Team They Said Your Issue Have Been Send To The Concern Team Once We Get Reply We Will Revert.
till now I didn’t get any kind of reply. Nearly a year going to complete. I decided to file a case regarding this and I won’t leave this scam as it is and I put my side problem in all social networks and websites. Until I get my money back with compensation too for this one year of late. Attached all my conversation and details even my bank statements
