THEY DON'T CARE About CUSTOMER GREVIANCE. The customer support especially for bus booking is the worst - PATHTIC.


I have made a bus booking on YATRA for Nov 30TH, 00:09. on the day travel the bus driver denied me saying that on his side tge booking was on Dec 01st. I then don't have any number to contact or any other way to contact the Yarra people. I had a visa appointment the next day and it was affected because of YATRA.


I have written a mail stating my issue, and I got a generic reply that they will look into the issue after 2 days and nothing happened after that. I again have to follow up with them - they have replied back saying that the merchant has denied the refund since he had logs showing that my booking was on Dec 1st. And they closed the issue by saying to me to talk to the merchant


Here the whole mistake is from YATRA - I have filtered for buses on Nov 30th. THen


I have booked a bus on Nov 30th at 00:09. I got the ticket and checked into the YATRA APP. The date is same as what I have booked that is Nov 30th 00:09 (attached the ticket).


And Now they say that merchant has send a right ticket with date as Dec 1st. Is that my mistake to not check the merchant issued ticket when I have booked ticket from YATRA. And secondly I have booked on YATRA app for bus on Nov 30th and how I am responsible for that and why I need to get in touch with merchant.


Isn't it obvious that YATRA should take responsibility for the mistakes.


Till date I don't have a proper reply from them.
