The issue finally got resolved, CEO of Yatra.com was very friendly and resolved the issue very fast himself. Although they took a long time to refund the money, but I am happy that at least the company took care and heard the voice of their customers albeit after some delay. I am happy with their customer support and have changed my old review little bit.

I bought 2 tickets for my parents from
DEL to SFO. The tickets could not be booked because of some problem with their website. I called up their customer support and was told that they are refunding the amount back to their customers. I was told that the money will be refunded in 2-3 days and will be credited to my account. I waited for almost a week, but still the money was not refunded. I also lost some airline deals because of the delay in the refund. Finally after making several calls to their customer support executives and writing a mail to their senior management, I finally got my money refunded after 10 days.
Please talk to their customer support before booking a ticket to confirm the rates.
