Used the website to book tickets for family. Unfortunately one member's return date changed and I had to cancel the return of one passenger. I called the airlines directly and cancelled the return of that passenger and was asked to call Yatra.com for refund. Yatra team charged Rs. 300+ all the discounts that I got on the whole itinerary. When asked they said its convenience charges, I fail to understand what services did they offered me for cancellation as I cancelled the flight by calling the airlines directly. All the discounts were taken away just by cancelling one passenger single side ticket. So I gave cancellation charges to the airlines and then to the Yatra team. Completely unhappy with the way Yatra run business. Will not be doing any transactions with them again and will warn others too.
