I feel petty about the Indian jantaa who are fooled easily by such crap companies.
Yatra people are bunch or customer care executives who are tired-off and lazy. They would not greet you well, and would not respect what you are saying. Lost huge money because of their fake commitments. Their 3G offer is also just marketing game nothing else. you wont even get single rupee gift without spending thousand rupees more. I had booked a flight to Dubai from Mumbai and they said I can not cancel the ticket online!! and neither did they opt to cancel even after I sent the mail to Support. They have so many fake email ids and phone numbers..
I am going by some agent other than these online companies
