In 2015 we did a ladakh trip and kashmir trip. when we reach ladakh were accommodated in hotel far from city with very basic facility, we were forced to go to pangong lake in the month of may and it was freezing cold and road was danger for family.
There is no one from yatra to brief us what to do. overall service was very bad and we felt we waste our money. I advice to travel independently then booking with these big companies with no service
