I had travelled with my mom and sis to Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Macau. Yatra's service was very very poor.


The necessary documents didnt reach us on time there, and we were in serious trouble, but we some how managed to get back.


Since we didn't receive our meal coupons and transport, at few places. They promised us to refund some amount, which they haven't refunded yet. It's been more than 3 months. The office in chennai provides very bad service, where no one answers the calls or replies to msg. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YATRA.!
