Jet airways launched offer price on flight tickets from 19Feb to 24Feb. I booked flight from bangalore to delhi which was not confirmed. When I called them, they said they cannot confirm the ticket and not to book tickets on Jet airways.
Their website simply could not handle the load after the offer was launched. Now I have to wait for 5 days to get my money back. Why deduct money if they cannot confirm ticket availability.
Avoid Yatra.
