The first thing that I have to say is, MS should have an Awful/ Terrible rating option available. For the most important sections above - Product Rating, Service & Support and Info depth - my rating is actually AWFUL.
Yatra.com as a site should be banned. I booked my ticket from B'lore to B'bay on 14th Sep (the ticket was for 28th Sep) The money got debited from my account but my ticket wasn't confirmed - where the hell does THAT happen? Then I got an e-mail saying due to some technical error my ticket couldn't be booked and I will get a full refund very soon.
Since that did not happen, I mailed them on Sep 15 and got a reply only on Sep 21 that I will get it within 7-10 working days. Is Yatra on a perennial holiday? Many more days have passed and they haven't done a zilch. I again e-mailed them on Oct 7 and there has been no reply from them. What's worse is NO ONE EVER takes the call on their customer service number.
My question is how can they be soooo irresponsible in terms of booking of tickets, what if someone is doing this on an emergency basis? And even if there's a glitch from your side, at least have the courtesy to refund the amount asap. Or is it that Yatra is paying its employees through the money its taking off from their customers' accounts in this manner.
This really has been the most terrible experience ever and I have made sure that none of the bookings in my office happen through this awful site anymore. I will take every step possible to spread the BAD word to my colleagues, friends, family and everyone else. Everyone, DO STAY AWAY from this site. I feel like using expletives but am not a shameless creature like the people running this site and who are responsible for these terrible services!
