Worst Customer Service and over all service. Review on Yatra

Yesterday I tried hotel booking through Yatra(not a first time user) where I have mentioned the check in dates clearly and proceeded to the payment option and paid. But after making the payment got a confirmation from them with a revised dates which is very close(less than a week) and with no refund. Escalated the same with YATRA but their customer service is not polite and they are not in favor of helping the customers. Even after communicating with them for one whole day they are did not bother to modify the dates and finally my hard earned money is to be wasted without refunding nor date modification. There is something fishy with dates which changed automatically in their system that too with no refund option nor cancellation. I am really fed-up with such vendors who are enjoying public money by cheating technically. Even I had a discussion with the GM of that hotel who said they cannot change the date without any mail confirmation from YATRA.
