Last year, I made a trip to the goa and decided to book the trip with Yatra.com as I did not have enough time to plan the itinerary. Not only was the service poor, but the customer care executives were even worse.
First of all, my tickets were not confirmed for more than 2 days. I contacted the airlines and they told me that the ticket was cancelled as there was no communication from Yatra.com. I called the executives and demanded my refund amount. The guys at Yatra.com did not refund the amount, instead they booked my ticket without my permission. Since, I was running short of time, I decided to go with this portal.
Service is very bad, No customer support, Even after mailing them many times no reply.
