Extremely bad service, I initially heard of the service from a neighbour and as I was very happy with BSNL did not bother but when I heard of their lower tariff I thought giving them a try in the month of jan 14 repeated calls to the office did not bring any results for new connection.
My tenant who was on a gsm dongle followed up and took a connection in nov 2014. and they also activated my connection with a new application(thankfully I had not paid). took the basic plan to check service. have renewed twice now with atleast a dozen complaint tickets.use BSNL for depenablity even now. yashtel is down an average of 5 days in a month. whenever there is a problem in any area they do not receive theie phones with 99 extensions:)
when connectivity exists gives good upload and download speeds as paid
latency is very bad
ping of more than 200 ms if u use any other server than yashtel
dependability is negative
one thing they are good at is to remind for payments
