My wife has gynecological problem last year and as per her gynecologist's advice we got her operated at Yashomati. The treatment was very good since her Gynecologist paid personal attention to all arrangements and line of treatment.
After an year, the problem recurred and unfortunately her Gynecologist was out of town when it happened. So we thought of going to Yashomati to get some urgent help. The person at reception asked her to go and see any female general physician but we requested him to get us an appointment with gynecologist. He mentioned that there was no gynecologist available for consulting (at 7.30 PM) but then he saw that it was quite urgent and advised us to go see the Gynec in the labor room.
We went to labor room and there was a on-duty gynec who heard the case and refused to treat.
She asked us to come back tomorrow and see a Senior Gynec, we explained her that it can't wait till tomorrow.
So she called a senior Gynec, who said "Ask the patient to come tomorrow or get admitted now!"
Were they asking us to get admitted just because there was no one to attend the patient? I was surprised at the attitude of Doctors and also at the height of negligence of a patient's condition. I am very sure that no one would have attended my wife that night even if she would have been admitted to the hospital.
Pathetic experience!
