I had very worst experience. If you are dying, you better die but never think of visiting this hospital. They will harass you for their problems and make you feel that death was far better than the their harassment. I went to this hospital for some tests for me and my wife. Since there was some corporate discount I just asked since my wife was working.
1) They are not sure how to avail that offer, some are telling to register to avail that offer. Reception say that not required and bill counter say that it is required. They made me to wander 3 hours only for that reason.
2) When it comes to my tests initially they said you can also avail corporate offer since I am dependent. When I asked for it answer was "register yourself again and you should be knowing all"
My questions
1) If I should know every process of your hospital(what is the need of you folks, just to get the free salary?)
Finally they said dependents are not eligible( I don't mind even if I don't get the discount)
Now the logical questions.
1) if no discount why do said me to register first?(you are not clear of your process) Don't you have logical mind?
Finally I said " I WILL NEVER VISIT YOUR HOSPITAL AGAIN". she said "IT IS YOUR WISH". Surprisingly This answer is given by top management. Well, If my customer says I will rather cool down my customer and make every attempt to change his mind. Change the attitude first, and keep in mind you are surviving from our money. If you tell me rate this hospital I will say "HELL IS BETTER THAN THIS".
