I have visited to the Yashoda Hospital for my mother to consult Dr. Komal Kumar. I called the hospital at 9.30am and asked for Appointment, for which they have told me to come immediately and doctor will be available until 1 pm. We went at 10 am and registered for appointment by paying Rs. 500.00. Doctor turner up to his cabin for consultation at 1 pm and made us to wait until 4 pm without having Lunch.
Finally, when called inside one MBBS doctor called us to check BP and other information. We were happy that some thing is moving. But surprisingly after MBBS doctor review, we were asked to wait for another half hour to see the consultant.
I was very unhappy, because my mother is 85 years old and did not have any food until consultation was completed.
