I have placed an order of pull along toys and some soft toys from yapaa last week and got the order within 3 days. Though the product was packed in good condition but one of the toy was damaged, so I just call up their customer care and complaint about damage. The customer care executive had handle about my complaint very politely and assured me that the product will be replaced against the damaged one. I got the replaced product in good condition.
I am fully satisfied with the fantastic service provided from yapaa.com and being very thankful for their gesture. Excellent service by them. Would definitely recommend it! And looking forward to order some more product from this wonderful site.
