I am reporting a bad service.
Last month my bike got accident and received a damage to the front portion of bike.
After a police report and clearance from police station we took the bike to the Raj Yamaha service station in Thoraipakkam, Chennai in 30th January 2012.
We made lot of calls to showroom and today my father went to check the status on 23rd Feb 2012.
Till now the vehicle is not touched and he is saying insurance is not cleared.
They are acting after we went there in person and saying something.
The service is very bad, they don’t care about finishing the job, there is a miscommunication between employees.
