After searching internet and reading lot of review I decided to buy ss125 and I brought it on 3 feb 12... I am ex-yamaha user. I have been riding yamaha alba from last 2 year before ss125, so I know reliability and comfort of yamaha bike. After ridding 300km I am now writing this review.
When I start my bike its sound is like yamaha fz and it self starting very reliable and when I reach above 40 it rocks on rood at 5th gear. It has unbelievable comfort level when you compare it with other 125cc bike and mileage is awesome on NH it give nearly 65 and in city 45. I mean it is pretty good in mileage. Braking - its front disc break give good braking experience means not so hard and not loose which is the characteristic of good breaking. You just enjoy the breaking on road. Look wise it is good.... but drawback are a little sound at low speed. Head light not so good for night drive. Front number plate is over the head lamp which is like(chand pe dhaba) but using some idea I fixed it bellow the head lamp, so it is not a point to degrade the bike........ but overall it is awesome bike in 125cc range ...
Just buy it blindly.......if you planning to buy stunner it most worst bike if u try to ride it above 50kmph due to heavy vibration in front cowl and other part and no kick pedal, which give trouble during battery problem and winter session. Honda shine its look is best for people who are above 40. Bajaj king in servicing requirement and not a good life span. Hero honda glamour . Disappointing sound in engine Suzuki slingsort low mileage........ so go for it.
