I have a Ray 2014 model and clocked 10000 KMS as of today. We are really satisfied to own this bike. Very much comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids(<5 yrs).
Perfect for ladies, good handling and comfort, average mileage, average maintenance(Getting it serviced by a local mechanic after free service), worth for the money we spend, good quality of materials(Don't add any additional fittings which will damage the body).
Don't rate the product by the dealer experience or service center experience.
Not specific to the brand, if we are really in love with anything, we will have the most care for it.
This is only MY experience and view about this product.
