Hello Team,
Yesterday I went to Setco Yamaha in Moti Nagar to get My Yamaha Ray. However the type of service I received was pathetic and totally unexpected.
They provided such a pathetic service I really don't know how to express or write about it.
- They told me that Battery Box is broken that is why my Ray is making noise. After I agreed to get it replaced they said The Head Light is Broken I said ok and paid again.
Later when I asked them again that why the complete body of My Ray is Shaking they said there are some locks in the internal structure which are broken. I never had an accident or anything so I am not able to understand how the parts were broken.
I am sure that their Stupid Tools which are not actually authorized are the reason every time they break something in these Plastic Build Vehicles.
They told me that they have washed my Ray before they repaired it I am sure its not the correct procedure and also it was a lie because my Ray was as dirty as It was before the servicing.
When I complained to the Person who seems to take care of the Service center he told me to get out of his office and called one of his mechanics to polish my Scooty.
Polishing a Black Ray is supposed to be done by the Polish which is provided by the Company however what I saw with my eyes was unbelievable the guy dropped a dirty sponge fill with dust and bud into the engine oil which they extracted from my Ray and polished the Scooty with it. Its Horrible and now every part of my Scooty is scratched no shine.
5.3 It was the 9th service of My Ray and it was suppose to be free however they still charged me for labor and also when I told them I will make payment by credit card they charged me Extra 2% on my total bill.
After all that when they gave me the key I looked at my Ray and found that they had scratched the front wheel cover and side panel completely because they don't use the tools provided by Yamaha they bang the parts again and again so that they can finish the work quickly. Now who will replace it.
Also as they changed the Battery Box and the Head Light they charged me for the Screws as well I wonder how was the old headlight and battery box fixed.
I am sure that Yamaha Manufacturing Plant Engineers and Quality Assurance Team would not Ignore such critical thing.
If they have done then I Guess Yamaha has to return my Money because if there were no screws it is guaranteed that the Headlight and Battery box will break.
I am sure that you will take a strict action against it and try to get it resolved before its escalated further so that We can proudly say Yamaha Delivers what they promise.
I would request you to please keep me informed about the Progress of this Issue. Also in case you need proofs I have all the pictures and Bills Invoices and estimates.
