Yamaha rx 135 was the star performer of its time, carrying a 5 speed gearbox and claiming a top speed of 1100 kmph at that time. The 132 cc engine was 2-stroke, producing 14bhp and 12.25 nm of torque. its 116kg of lightweight body made it perform like a pocket rocket while mileage was never a strong point for the rx 135. It came with drum brakes on both ends while competetion for the bike was simply ended as all of the two strokes were banne under strict emission norms by the govt. its performance makes it still better than most 150 cc bikes of the country.3 stars
