I was a big fan of yamah motorcycles since childhood days and wantex to own a yamaha one day .three years ears ago, my bro gifted me yamah r1t after competing 12th class for collage .r15 is the definition of sports bike in india in the price of just rs 1.25 lac the bike, at the time of lauch, had no competitor in the country.the bike houses a 150cc engine but generates good speed and power, in addition to this, it has bee n provided with an additional 6th gear so that it can remain stable at higher speed of 120 k.ph very easily at a strectch of around 1.5 kilometers and can be controlled easliy while driving in city as well as highway.Recently someone tried to steal my bike but could not open the good quality lock of my motorcycle and the key broke I side the lock .i am sure that yamaha bikes are the most secure amongst all and any other bike would have been stolen easliy.
