Ok now days newer bikes n rather say sports bikes has taken the space but not everyone is that much track focused as r15v2 not even the new r3!
Well looks can be personal prespective but belive me no one can say they dont find this bike odd by any means.
talking of specs its 150cc true liquid cooled fuel injected bike which can be nasty for even 200cc bike as times with nice punchy mid range and boosty upper range specially between 6500-10000 rpm but lower end is linear which can be made punchy by using powertronics custom ecu installed.
since its totally track focused it can be fun for riding but really a pain in d a* for long streches and crowded city traffics.
on reving hard it easily manages upto 125-128km/hr and on long streches can make upto 139-141 km/hr but beyond 130 km/hr its too lazy for it since 6th gear is mere for mileage purpose but revving in 5 th gear will get you much faster into its top speed.
Talking bout mileage u can easily get between 28 km/ltr- 35km/ltr depending on your style of riding and on highways upto 44km/ltr but again it depends on your driving skills and bike condition.
but since its over a long time yamaha should upgrade this beast with new gizmos n tech at-least since its the one which revived yamaha into the Indian market!
