I am Shakkeer, I am using Gladiator for past 8 months. When I wanted to buy a bike, consulted
many of my friends for gettign opinion on different bikes. Many suggested to buy Hero honda
passion, but some friends, those who are is too crazy behind bikes, sugggested to buy gladiator.
Also when I compared passion and gladiator, price was almost same. But passion was not
having self start and disc break. More over it was 100cc class.
Till now I am feeling that gladiator is comfort in all aspects. Only two prolblems I felt which are
1.) Some time bike was having missing and also after heavy wet in bike(during rain) , it was too hard to start engine.
When I went for servicing, they told me that, problem was due to spart plug cable was tocuhing to
engine, so discharge happend during ignitioning time. After they kept enough distance between spark plug cable and engine, this problem is completly solved. If any one is having this problem, let them have a look on this point.
2.) After keeping bike idle for long time( around more 6 or 8 hours), if I put gear from neutral to first gear after starting engine, there will huge sound and also some time engine will turn off and bike jumps. From sevice center told me that it is bacause of material used for production. Because of ban on asbestos material, some other material is using for production.
If any one is having any solution for this probllem, please let me know. Anyway it is not a serious issue or problem for the performance of bike.
One thing I want conclude that, we can believe on yamaha product .So there is no point on major people's words like yamha bike is not good or yamaha is not having re-sale vale etc,
