I bought this bike in hyderabad around a 4 weeks ago from Pearl yamaha.

(kukatpalli) .

The guys gave a good response when I entered the showroom, so i'd suggest people to buy it here. To make sure they are responding well I have gone 2 to 3 times and the people who came for servicing also said the same. The bike is simply superb, I bought this bike after reading the reviews in this site and wanted to share my experience.

There is no word I can use to describe this bike, absolute delight . It performs so well sometimes I wonder how come it is priced so low. The colours you see on the website are all changed now.I got the black and red which is the best among the three. To make it easy for u guys I will write down points , bot positive and negative.

Pros:

1) The bike has racing looks which no other bike in its class has.

2) The engine note is what makes it so special, hatsoff to yamaha

3) the seat is the biggest in 125-135cc segment

4) the raised handle bars make for a very comfortable seating angle

5) As of now I am getting 40kmpl, which is good considering it is a new bike , but after one month you should get around 55kmpl.

6) You get MRF zapper tyres, which are very good for indian roads.

7) I bought this bike for 57, 000 with all accessories which is a great price, when compared to shine and glamour.

8) The suspension is very good.

Cons:

1) The gearbox is a bit tricky, it does not register neutral some times. And I asked the servicing guy about it and he said it will be good after first servicing

2) Odometer is not there, so like other bikes u cannot reset whenever u want.

3) The switches and tank cap look old fashioned.

4) When riding on wet surfaces , the mud guard does not stop the water from falling on the shoes. In rainy season it will be a problem
