The yamaha FZ-S has been launched keeping india young generation in mind. The FZ-S desingn elements are very stylish and dynamic and yamaha markets it as lord of the streets. It look almost same like the FZ 16 but certain features like the new graphics, colours and chiseled windshield along with more aggressive headlihts to differentiate it from its twin.
Looking at the news FZ-S spec sheet we cant help but feel a bit disappoined . The engin has shrunk To 149cc and power has also taken dip by a unit to 13bhp and 12.8nm torque. So has yamaha turend its Streetfighter to a somber commuter bike? Absolutely not.
Yes, the specs do paint a grave picture, but ride the FZ-S a few and the reservation about low power are left behind. The engine gets an all new fuel-injection system. This makes the FZ v2.0 a refined animal on the street.
