Well guys..

Finally, I can say I know this bike.

Let me start with the Pros:

  1. Nifty utilities: Odometer, Headlight pass switch.

  2. Chrome, chrome and more chrome.

  3. Good road handling and comfort.

  4. Good headlight.

  5. Excellent paint finish (I have the champagne gold colour)

  6. Okay mileage (it gives me 35 - 40 in Chennai traffic)

  7. Good rear tyre (MRF Zapper tyres add to the road handling)

The Cons:

  1. Chrome quality is not really good (I think after one rainy season the chrome will show it real colour)

  2. Ignition and steering lock on different sides. (Believe me this is a pain)

  3. No fuel gauge

  4. No disk brake

  5. 175 cc will match the bike better.

  6. Horn: pls don’t touch it…you will get inferiority complex. For a bike bought for attitude, this horn is an insult. Guys when you get a new bike change this to an bullet horn (pls dont use air horns or other fancy ones...lets respect our environment)

  7. Beat isn’t all that good

  8. Very hard rear suspension (If you have ridden a Splendor, you will understand this)

  9. Getting to neutral is very tricky (hope David Copperfield is your neighbour!!! )

Overall I would say its a poor mans Eliminator. The bike is good and with few tweaking will do well. It’s got good resale value and right now its in premium. And the best part is BBC Wheels rates it as the best Indian cruiser.

I would say, if you cant afford an Eliminator, don’t like Pulsar styling, bored with CBZ and looking for a bike with a statement…. Then Enticer will definitely Entice you!!!!
