Falling in love with my Chat friend.
I------SOME BAD EXPERIENCES:
A TRUE STORY TO START WITH: (EXPERIENCE #1)
“ I fell in love with the face, I haven’t seen yet. I love those pretty eyes (assumed). I just love this girl can’t think to live without her.”
These are the lines, which my friend told me while going on his first blind date.
I am starting my review with this experience, which not only gave me a shock but also changed the life of my friend.
My pretty innocent friend who is as sweet as a Rasgulla and as handsome as a Black Gulabjamun. He spent 23 years of his life in finding a girlfriend, but because of his awesome looks and sweetness nothing happened in his life. All of us used to spend our time with our girlfriends and this guy used to spend his weekends with his loneliness.
Than one day one of us gave him the idea of creating an ID in yahoo and chatting with girls, the easiest and the economical way to find a girl friend. This struck his mind and he started spending hours in chat rooms but of no use, as no girl replies to him cause of his unique id KALAGULABJAMUN (that was his nick name).
Than one fine day he came up with an idea of creating an ID with a female name and started chatting with girls online. This brought wonders to his life as now he used to chat with girls for hours as his one-month’s bill for Internet crossed RS 4000. After months of hard work finally one girl agreed to meet him at a place. They used to exchange mails and off liners soaked with love and togetherness. After reading her mails that she wrote to my friend even I thought of leaving my girl friend, as she never showed that much love to me in past 7 years.
D-DAY 20th of August 2004. WHEN HARRY MEETS SALLY------------
I still remember this day, cause he didn’t let us sleep one full night as he was so happy and confused also while preparing for his First date that too a blind date. He left his home in time to reach the place a good one hour before. We all gave him best of our wishes. Than in the evening we all friends went his home to congratulate him but came with the biggest shock of our life. He was sitting in his room, after giving him the first look anyone could have assumed that he cried for the whole day. We asked him about the whole story and were shocked to hear that his girl friend also turned out to be a GUY more pathetic than my friend. He was around 30 with pretty dark looks and unpleasing personality. He had the same idea, which struck my friend of creating a girls ID to get a Girl Friend. But both of them spend there whole day together and cried on each other’s shoulder, since that day my poor friend never used any chat site.
BOTTOMLINE: Two guys created girl’s ID to geta girlfriend and ended up meeting with each other.
EXPERIENCE NUMBER #2
This one I read in one of the web sites where one American guy who went on a blind date was robbed and returned back home with only a piece of undergarments.
BOTTOMLINE: A girl used to invite guys on blind dates to rob those guys.
EXPERIENCE NUMBER #3
Again from the web site , in this case a guy encouraged another man to take divorce from his wife and to transfer his earned money by creating a false girls account and chatting with him for hours.
II---------- SOME GOOD EXPREINCES
This one is another story of my friend who found his girl friend over the chat rooms only and going steady from the past 3 years.
My friend Ajay used to chat for hours in Chat rooms one fine day he met Meghna in a chat room. They chatted for about an hour and than fixed up they’re next meeting. This went on for a number of days till finally they exchanged their phone numbers and started talking over the phone. Then they exchanged their snaps and saw each other on web cam.
And than they fell in love and now going around from the past 3 years. They no longer chat in the rooms.
BOTTOMLINE: You may end up meeting the love of your life in a chat room..
These were a few experiences I shared with you guys now based on all these experiences I just like to share some precautions which one should keep in mind while chatting on line:
1) DO not create false ID’s as this doesn’t help anyone.
2) Do not disclose any personal information over the net till you are sure of the identity of the other person.
3) If possible try to use WEB CAM to be assured that you are talking to a girl/guy only.
4) Do not pass on personal information like your bank account numbers, your address, your landline numbers or some secrets till you get full faith on the person.
5) Avoid blind dates see the person first and speak to him/her before fixing up any blind date.
6) Do not meet the other person in any isolated place, always meet in a crowded place.
7) If you cannot share with your parents, DO share all the information with your best friend before going for a date.
8) Keep your best friends informed about the same and try to take them along with you in your first date.
9) Do not develop too many feelings about the other person till you finally settle with him/her and know his/her past and present.
10) Take it for Fun and Time –pass only. Don’t let it affect your pocket and body.
These were 10 rules that one should follow to be safe in blind dates and talking over net.
Positives of Online dating:
1)You like a person and not his looks.
2)You chat with a person for days before meeting him/her so you know whats coming to you and not just a infatuation over some pretty face.
Negatives:
1) Everything may turn out to be a big trap. So be aware.
2) False id’s and mis information over the net.
I really want to write a lot but its getting too lengthy ……

This did happend with a couple of friends of mine too.
I was shocked and surprised by the outcome of the whole things.
One got married to the Gal he found on the net and after two years I came to know that she committed Suicide because of his drinking habits, we all were aware of his drinking habits but who shares the truth on the net ??? I doubt that.
THe other couple left each other half the way, since their eating and movie habits seems to be totally different, leave apart the caste and creed.
Moreover you review is very very useful and damn right.
Here I would like to add up one more thing - some of the msians will not like or may not agree with this but it is true :
So many people you will find here in MS who write so intellectually well and sweet candy reviews, they do pretend to be so sweet, but in real life I am sure that they wont be so good to themselves leave apart their families, but in here you will find them as decentest of the people around.
Let me know your views.
ON second thoughts - we are in 21st century and telephony these days is so dirt cheap, that I doubt that anybody can cheated these days that easily as it was turning out at that time (I mean some years back).
Very nice review.
