I want to share my experience with all you.
I have applied for new connection with all details on their website on 9th January 2015, and on the same day I have received email on my registered email that my request for connection has successfully cleared our feasibility check process and now I can make my payment either online or personally.
I have opted for the online payment and made payment on 10th January 2015 having amount of Rs. 7999/- for connection.
Now after making the payment to You Broadband, they never contact me on my registered mobile number or not sent an email for any updates.
After seven days of waiting I have started calling on their customer care number, I have discuss my detail with their customer care executive three times and every time I got different feedback from them which was not satisfactory from any person.
Its really making me frustrated then I have decided to call their Appellate Authority For Public Grievances Mr. GurmukhSingh Jandu at ahmedabad. After providing my details he has asked for some time to check and revert back to me.
I feel shock and You all will shock hearing his answer, he said me that as per our technical team its not feasible to provide connection at your address so we will refund your money within next 20 days.
Now I cant understand what they people are doing its really worthless and totally unethical practice I have ever seen in my life.
I dont know how they treat their existing customer?
