My internet speed is slow from the past 2 months and these guys and not resolving it. I had to recharge last month as well because am stuck and have no Airtel connection in this area. Its a disgusting internet service with an inefficient bunch of fools running the company.
I done near about 200 calls, 50 messages, 20 emails to mr nagesh technical engg at ahmendabad branch, mr harshal thakkar ceo of company and many more, also I had done 40 customer care complains and they cant fix th .
