After trying few other broadband services I was suggested to use this youbroadband. They responded to my request within a week and did the installation setup in the following week. I seriously felt that the service will be really good. But later I regretted for my decision. They resolve the issue only after 2 weeks and they wont give the credit for the number of no network days.
Each time we need to call their customer care and fight for the credit days and get it done. Now I noticed that they have increased the fare also. With poor service how come they increased the fare I dont know.
