As we all know You Broadband is a ISP and have best plan for you, but there customer service is worst than anything else. When I got the connection, there Customer Care Executive said conection will be installed within 7 days as your area is feasible, when the person came for document and money collection said it will take 25-30 days for installation, we said ok but try to get it done fast. Within 25 days they completed there cabling, connection with my PC, and when connection done with my pc person said somewhere is cutted so it will take 2 days to repair it we said ok 3 days gone, the executive from youbroadband called and said sir issue resolved and you can activate your subscription, but we said still red light in modem, and he just hanged up the phone, again technician said sir a cable is damaged near your home it will 2 days to repair it again 3 days gone, then a techician came home checked and we found that the modem is faulty, he said modem will be provisioned on your name and internet will start in 1 or 2 hours, and again not resolution after 24 hrs, techician said I am on leave call other technician he shared the no. But the other technician not answering our phone, and then next day when threat them to take connection back and refund the money, the technician came and replaced the modem after a trouble of 8 days our internet started working.
