I feel this review is:
I advice not to go with you broadband. Horrible service. The connection is out of service for past 15 days. Still not resumed. No answer if we call the customer care. By chance if they pick a standard reply by saying the connection will resumed in 2 days time / by today before 2355 hrs. Cheating the consumer by giving a false hope. No service still they call and ask us to renewe the connection. Technician cant come to sort the issue but they can send person to collect the Checque / cash. Money is their only focus. They have wasted my 15 days time. I have made consumer complaint as well. Country is moving to digital India by officials giving approval to these kind of service providers. They are just money eaters.
