Hi,
This is Srikanth, I have applied for a new connection and after checking the feasibility I have done my aishwaryasingh23ment on 21/5/2015 - Rs.1500/- for 6mbps to Mr.Mahaboob(996028) mobile-7680036136, CRF NO. 688585 ensured that by 24hrs I will be given connectivity.
after 2 hours of my aishwaryasingh23ment received a call from the executive Mahaboob saying that plan doesn't exists then I planned to go fro 1mbps plan for 6 months and asked the executive to come and collect the rest aishwaryasingh23ment Rs.500/- on the day it self this all happened in the presence of Team Lead-Mr Karunakar-9000211999 he also assured to give me connectivity by 24hrs, but none came and from the next day I started calling the customer care 040-33772125 and raised a complain Ref No- 2015052213964 and on a daily basis it has become a duty to call the customer care and and make them forward the complaint to head office but it didn't happen.
I haven't received any call from any department nor a mail or sms regarding my aishwaryasingh23ment and several times I asked to provide me head office number or area mAnasultanger but none did it and this all happened till 27/5/2015, I searched for the head office number and found through internet and called them spoke with Ramya(CRM) I dont know who has appointed her as CRM she was very rude towards me and said by 28/5/2015 I shall be paid back my amount. today is 28/5/2015 I havent received any phone call nor the aishwaryasingh23ment. You people took my money 1500/- daily I have called your customer care people 5 tiles @ 15/- total 75/- and 3 times called head office and my one week time who is responsible?
After said that there is a feasibility only I have done my aishwaryasingh23ment and neither the connectivity nor the amount is refund reply me at the earliest today 28/5/2015 after speaking to CRM Ramya I have received a call from head office which was the first call he was Srinivas he kept in conference and was asking the executive that how much was the aishwaryasingh23ment received from me and all.he said he shall talk to Team lead and will reply back.
will some one help me out. think no one
