Been with this Salon for almost 3 years, most disheartening this is they dont understand who is a
customer. Secondly they claim they are trained therapist - YLG first train your staff what is customer happiness.
The guy in BTM reception is so disgusting - he gives me a wrong bill when I ask him he argues with me . and tells me to shut up. I complained to the manager what do I get in return ? nothing not even my refund.
YLG BTM is horrible in customer service
