I spent Rs.15000 in buying YLG membership. Of this more than Rs.4000 worth of services were left when I couldn't avail their services for few months due to childbirth. Without notice, they expired my membership and refused to extend despite my several calls to the center and corporate office. I implored them repeatedly reminding them of my relationship with YLG and my special circumstances but to no avail.
I'm deeply disappointed with their apathy and lack of customer orientation. Not only have they lost me as a customer but also my good faith in their functioning.
I noticed several customers complaining about them regarding membership on various forums(e.g. consumer complaints.in). Beware of YLG!
