This is the worst logistics company I have ever encountered in India.
Their tracking system sucks. It shows delivered previous night. Next morning it shows, delivery attempted, customer not present at location. All this is false information.
You are lucky to be able to reach out to customer care: However there's nothing you can do except to sit and wait. I have no idea why Firstcry has taken them as logistics partner.
Delivery executives are most unreachable guys. Even if you have their number they don't answer your calls. They just mark their deliveries as "customer not available" if they are unable to deliver to you.
Never again FirstCry, Never again ExpressBees.
I hope we all know why it has to be rated 1 star.(there is no ZERO star)
