I am a manufacturer of ladies garments and sell these on all the online marketplaces like Jabong, Amazon, Voonik, Snapdeal, Flipkart, Wadi, Limeroad etc. Whenever manifest is created for any of the orders, I am assigned with a courier partner. They are supposed to come and pick up the courier from the vendor's office which is then delivered to the customer. However, my experience with Xpressbee courier company has been very bad as they do not pick up the courier on time. It is done after 3 days of manifest generation. Due to this delay the customer tends to cancel the order. The ultimate cost is then borne by the seller as they are charged with a penalty of 2% on every order. Overall, I did not like the services of Xpressbee.
