Pathetic Service. Review on XpressBees Logistics, Pune

Had no idea that a logistic company can be so pathetic. Just checked reviews of Xpressbees can agree to so many already suffering.Ordered an I phone from Paytm mall on 23/8/17 and have been tracking since 24th it was picked - my orgy started since then.Though it arrived in Hyderabad on 25/8/17 at 8.57 it has not been delivered so far. Have fears wheather it will be delivered eventually. Called pune office several times - they keep you on hold for several minutes b4 the IVR informs of heavy call traffic.The delivery boy cell details provided on tracking page denies getting the pack for delivery then subsequently on next call says he is sick and so it will be delivered by his colleague.The tracking status first day reports conginee not available n strangely after that it reports address incomplete.Can somebody explain me this?
